To respect sensitive environments, wild animals and your neighbors, dogs are prohibited.

Non-smoking unit.

Curfew at 10 p.m. You may remain outside; however, we ask that you remain quiet after 10 p.m. out of respect for your neighbors. No excessive noise or music will be tolerated on the premises.

In case of theft, breakage, unsanitary conditions or cigarette odor, Les Écogites du lac Matagami will be authorized to collect the amount of the costs incurred for the repair, maintenance or purchase of new equipment.
Booking and cancellation policy
Payment
At the time of booking, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card.
Cancelation
If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before your arrival date, a fee of 50% of the total amount of your stay will be retained.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Stays are non-transferable, and early departures will be charged in full.
The sauna and Nordic bath can be added to your booking.
*** Bedding *** You are welcome to bring your own bedding or sleeping bag, pillow, and towel. We provide mattress covers, dish towels, and bath mats on site.
If you absolutely require bedding made to order at the time of booking, a fee of $25 per bed will be added.
